- Every participant is only allowed to register once and with only one e-mail address.
- Children under the age of 14 are only allowed to register and/or participate in surveys with their parents' consent.
- There is neither an entitlement to participate in particular surveys nor to participate at a certain number of surveys.
- Participating in surveys is voluntary. Please answer questions truthfully and completely at all times - we are interested in your personal opinion..
- Contents of the surveys are not to be saved, copied or shared with others..
- TrendScan is completely free of charge. In fact, we pay for your interest. Every participation at a survey is rewarded with TrendChips. A minimum of 300 TrendChips (=15 dollars) is necessary to cash them in.
- Incomplete participations as well as answers we receive after the completion of the survey can not be taken into account and paid.
- In order to assure the quality of our data, you will be asked once a year to update your details. If you fail to respond to this request within 3 months, all personal data as well as your TrendChips will be deleted from our servers.
- Violation of our rules allows us to exclude you from future surveys or in case of noticeable misuse delete the participant's account as well as all TrendChips.
